Our submission period for Vol 18, Summer 2012 is now open!
We seek poetry, fiction and nonfiction, in Spanish and/or English, and art. Translations are accepted provided all rights and permissions have been granted.
Deadline: March 19, 2012
Publication date: June 2012

Submission Guidelines
We only consider unpublished work.
Please limit your submission (poetry, fiction, non-fiction) to only two pieces.
Any more than two pieces will not be considered.
After you submit, you have 48 hours to resubmit any changes.
Submissions that do not meet the guidelines will not be considered.
Poetry, Fiction, and Non-fiction
• Submit work as text (use copy – text or type info).
• Prose should be no longer than 2500 words.
• Poetry should be no longer than 65 lines.
Art and Photography
• Submit work as an attachment as either a .jpeg or .gif file.
• File size should not exceed 500k
• Resolution should be 150 dpi or more, and 4 inches by 5 inches in size.
• Artwork can have the artist's signature inside the work.

BorderSenses Literary Magazine provides a venue for emerging and established writers and artists of the Southwest and the U.S./Mexico border.
BorderSenses seeks a diversity of voices and welcomes creativity in all genres and styles in English and/or Spanish.
For this issue we welcome work from writers/artists who are originally from or are living in the Americas.
